Physical and Meta Physical

In the Body the word physical refers to what you would consider physical, the things that make up the body that you can touch.

Physical: The skin, the bones are physical. The blood and lungs are physical.

Meta Physical: Emotions and mood are not physical part of the Body that can be touched, they are meta physical.

‘Meta’

In simple terms the word meta means 'beyond'. When talking about the Body we are usually talking about physical parts. The mind in physical terms usually means the brain. So are you able to touch your mind?

The mind is made of physical parts AND meta physical parts. The brain is physical, the emotions are metaphysical.

So what is a Chakra and is it really inside my Body?

A Chakra is meta physical like an Emotion is meta physical. An Emotion happens within the body but is not something that can be physically touched. The Heart beats in the chest, this is physical. Love in your Heart, this is meta physical.

A Chakra also exists with our bodies. Each Chakra has a frequency for its unique energy which is metaphysical energy. Radio stations also have frequencies that are metaphysical called a channel that you can tune to the frequency 101.9 and hear music clearly.

Chakras give and send energy in and out of the body. The information that Chakras give and send depends on the Chakra.

There are 7 Chakras in the body the 1st Chakra called the Root Chakra resonates information about feeling safe and secure. If a person is afraid there are things happening in the Root Chakra.

The Chakras have a level between 1-7 of being open and closed. A person that feels afraid all the time might have a very closed Root Chakra.
