If you read: “self care is self confidence” does this statement make sense or sound confusing?

If you think about it for a moment, what things do you do each day to make yourself feel cared about… that you yourself do… that feels caring.It is done by you, for you, in order to make you feel good. Hint: Key 1

Can you name them or write them on a paper so that you can actually see in black and white. Grab a pen and write a few down, go ahead, and think about it, do you or don’t you do this each day, consciously.

What are the daily acts you do to take care of yourself. And do you feel taken care of or like it is just done.

1. brush teeth… is this maintenance or is this self-care?

2. getting yourself dressed… is this self-care? Do you think positive thoughts about you? Do you dress with the primary goal of making yourself feel great, look great, show your style, and appear properly presented.

Are the things you do to enrich your life, to improve your physical & mental well-being. Are you getting stronger in your body. Are you reading tons of books to develop your mind. Self Confidence is not Ego

It is not possible for Confidence to come from Ego. Because the Ego is like a fan at the game it is just a spectator. Ego fans are noisy and can talk a lot. This can be highly negative and repetitive and doubts can impact the players. What do you think happens to the Player’s confidence with a negative fan yelling constantly. Are you able to think of some examples of this in your own life.

There are many things a person learns to do, and does. This builds confidence automatically, like walking. There are ways to help protect the positive space from negative outside influences.

Negative people teach negative self talk, by repeating an idea to your Ego over and over again. Eventually people take on this message and questions the self in the same way.
